I'm a B.Tech Biotechnology graduate and doing this Animal handling/training class was very eye opening in the context of pre-clinical studies. Dosage, injections and disection of mice and rat were both taught and shown. Eswarya was an amazing teacher and was very patient in teaching us and making sure we all handle the mice and rat. Both Eswarya and Sowmiya were very helpful in clearing all the douts. Through this class, not only did I learn how to handle mice and rat, it made me more empathetic towards the importance of mice and rat in the research feild. This is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone interested in research.

This was amazing place to get hands on experience with animals study (mice and rat). Particularly, how to handle the mice and rats with different techniques like oral dosing, intraperitorneal injections, subcutaneous injection, intramuscular injection. Blood collection from mice eyes via retro orbital using capillary tube and disection of mice with precise explanation about organs.

We came for a 15 days internship ,i think this lab will give a full learning skill to learn more about animal handling. We were allowed to practice till we get comfortable.The lab staffs helped us through every step and cleared every doubts. Highly recommendable place.

Actually the objective of coordinating with mass biotech is, I had lack in experience with clinical laboratory procedures. This query was completely cleared and clarified by Mass biotech up to the level of satisfaction. The unique thing is, I have given my own space by the trainer Eshwarya mam to learn and practice animal handling until I got satisfaction. Special thanks to Eshwarya mam, who had been with me and guided me throughout the training program. This 3 day training program was very useful to gain knowledge which i required to travel in my own career path.

I visited mass biotech for the animal handling program and had a very good experience. From handling, dosing to blood collection was explained very well by the research assistant- Eswarya. The ethics, husbandry and other theoretical aspects were covered by Dr. P.S. Venkatesan sir. He made sure we got ample time with mice and rats, we handled them until we were comfortable in doing so.
